Pear Suite Promotes Danyele Homer to Vice President of Operations
TULSA , August 16, 2023 – Pear Suite, a digital health company working to empower community health workers (CHWs) and better address the social determinants of health (SDOH), today announced the promotion of Danyele Homer to vice president of operations. In this role, Danyele will be responsible for overseeing implementations of new software users, customer success, and the organization’s tech-enabled services arm.
Serving the healthcare industry since 2015, Danyele brings varied experience to the role, supporting Pear Suite’s mission to empower health systems, plans, and community-based organizations with social care navigation software to better assess and address SDOH in a cost-effective, person-centered, and culturally and linguistically sensitive way. Through AI-powered smart scripts and care journeys, omni-channel communication tools, predictive analytics, and actionable dashboards to guide resource linking, Pear Suite is converting SDOH data into real-time solutions for CHWs to drive impactful interventions for those in need.
Prior to her promotion, Danyele Homer served as Pear Suite’s director of operations. During this time, she spearheaded implementation, training, customer success, and tech-enabled services. Additionally, she contributed to the advancement of the organization by establishing new processes to recruit and train community health workers. Previously, Danyele was a critical member of Epic’s population health team, working on the organization’s suite of tools as director of customer success and implementation director.
