The Pear Suite Provider Network is the group of Community Health Workers and organizations approved to deliver care and get paid through Pear Suite. Everyone in the network uses the same tools, training, and rules, so the care they provide meets the standards health plans expect.

This is where you start earning. PearWork is built around one goal: helping you get paid for the care you provide. When you join, you become part of the Pear Suite Provider Network, which means you get the tools, paperwork support, and billing system you need to submit claims and get reimbursed.
Getting set up with PearWork is easy
Access

- Set up accounts for your team. Admins log into Pear Suite and create an account for every CHW before they start using it.

- Set up your payout account.
Link your organization’s bank account through Stripe so your reimbursements go straight to your account.

- Fill out your organization’s profile.
Learn
Each CHW then completes the onboarding training.
Complete all 11 short modules in PearAcademy. This is required for anyone providing care or handling paperwork.
Earn

- Set up your account.
Log in, turn on two-step login security, and finish your profile, including:
- Set up your account.

- Uploading your CHW Certificate or a Work Experience Attestation (go to User Settings → Certifications → +Create, then choose your path)
Uploading proof you completed HIPAA training, which keeps patient information safe (same Certifications section — required every year)
