Pear Suite, Mahmee and Health Net to Co-Present at ViVE 2024

“Going Local: Tech Innovation for Lower Income Communities” Will Take Place on Tuesday, February 27 at 2:00 pm PST

 

WHO: Pear Suite, a digital health company working to empower community health workers (CHWs) and better address the social determinants of health (SDOH), will be co-presenting with Mahmee, provider of a comprehensive maternity and infant care management platform that partners with payers and providers to create care programs that make it easy for families to receive comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care. Joining them on stage will be Health Net, which provides health plans for individuals, families, businesses of every size, and people who qualify for Medi-Cal or Medicare. Health Net serves over three million members throughout the state of California, with a network of 90,000 providers.

 

WHAT: Implementing HealthTech solutions for lower income communities can be extremely challenging. At ViVE 2024, Pear Suite CEO and co-founder Colby Takeda will discuss how the company is empowering CHWs to address the social determinants of health (SDOH) among Medicaid populations. He will be joined by Mahmee’s medical director, Dr. Amanda P. Williams, and Health Net’s chief health equity officer, Dr. Pooja Mittal for the session, titled “Going Local: Tech Innovation for Lower Income Communities.”  

 

WHEN: ViVE runs from February 25-28, 2024. The session will take place on Tuesday, February 27 from 2:00-2:20 pm PST.

 

WHERE: ViVE will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, 1201 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015. The session will be held in the ViVE Central Pavilion on the Impact Stage. Throughout the event, Pear Suite will be in the StartUp Health Pavilion, booth #524-5.
